Role Summary Rivian is looking for a top-talented Sr. Technical Training Instructor to join our Service L D Team. The instructor will develop and manage all aspects of mechanical repair training for the 3rd Party Certified Service Collision Repair Network. This role will require high levels of initiative, independent judgment, and cross-team collaborative capability. Able to lead teams to creative solutions and develop new training programs in a compressed timeline. Our instructor will be responsible for delivering product training and supporting curriculum updates. While this role will initially be based at the Dallas Service Center, it is expected transfer to Fort Worth, TX in 2027.
