Role Summary As the Maintenance Group Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of our maintenance team. You’ll also supervise preventive maintenance schedules, preventive and predictive inspections, and repairs to minimize down time. This opening will be located in our Normal, IL Facility and reports directly to the Maintenance Manager. Responsibilities Demonstrate strong communication and people management skills. Provide hands-on assistance and expertise knowledge to team members to complete maintenance related functions. Assign and track all Preventative Maintenance Activities.
