A Senior Architect is able to act as a solution lead for small to medium sized teams delivering standard to complex solutions as well as influence Client Architects, technical individual contributors, and up to Director level (or equivalent) managers. They are accountable for having established expertise of process, concept, and technical knowledge in pre-sales and delivery. A Senior Architect is able to impact their region and has strong connections within teams outside of their career path.
As a Senior Architect, you will lead the strategic design and implementation of OpenShift-based platforms that bridge the gap between traditional DevOps and modern MLOps. Your mission is to architect resilient, scalable environments that allow data scientists to move from "laptop to production" without the friction of infrastructure silos. You will be the primary advisor for clients navigating the complexities of GPU orchestration, Model Serving, and Hybrid Cloud AI.

What Will You Do:
OpenShift Platform Engineering
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design and automate the deployment of OpenShift clusters across hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, On-prem).
Cluster Management: Implement Multi-Cluster Management using Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (ACM) and ensure security compliance via Advanced Cluster Security (ACS).
