from Reddit careersYou will join a highly collaborative compensation team of self‑driven individuals who value teamwork, practical problem‑solving, and thoughtful decision‑making. You’ll partner closely with internal teams such as Finance, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Legal and Equity to translate business strategy into scalable compensation programs across broad-based, sales, and executive/equity compensation.
This role will actively participate in evolving and scaling our compensation programs and philosophy. You are a trusted subject-matter expert who independently leads complex, cross‑functional projects, shapes best practices, and influences strategy and decisions across multiple functions.
You will be responsible for:
- Data-Driven Insights: Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for senior leaders, HRBPs, and Talent partners.
- Compensation Program Design: Utilize expertise to design innovative and competitive compensation programs that align with and support the company's business strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across various functions to plan, develop, implement, and administer compensation programs.
