from Reddit careersAs an expert in the field, you will have ownership in shaping our global ER strategy. You won't just be managing cases; you'll be the architect of how Reddit balances global compliance with a community-first culture. We are looking for an experienced Global Employee Relations Lead to join our HRBP & Organisational Development team, a sub function of our wider People & Culture team (P&C).
As a subject matter expect you will own impact on how we manage and deliver a best in class people and leadership experience through employee relations matters. Promoting a values led culture across our truly global workforce, including 12 global “places” aka where we work in office and beyond to where our employees live.
