Rackspace is hiring for a highly organized and technically savvy Operations & Systems Administrator to help streamline, automate, and scale our internal operations. Within this role you’ll be responsible for optimizing workflows using Monday.com, integrating operational tools, and leveraging AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, visibility, and execution across the business. You must be both operationally minded and technically curious — someone who enjoys turning messy processes into clean systems and knows how to use modern tools (including AI) to work smarter.
Work Location; Mexican Rackers: Fully remote from one these states Monterey, Aguascalientes, Nuevo Leon, Puebla, or Queretaro. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage operational tools and systems (e.g., CRM, project management, documentation platforms), ensuring they are optimized and effectively integrated
  • Design, maintain, and optimize workflows in Monday.com to support day-to-day operations
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend tooling, automation, or AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency
  • Support and manage system integrations using APIs, automation platforms , or native features
  • Document, improve, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to understand operational needs and translate them into scalable processes
  • Train team members on systems, workflows, and best practices
  • Provide ongoing system support and drive continuous improvement of operational processes
