General Summary:
Job Overview
\- This is a technical customer facing role within the Quality Organization supporting Automotive customers based in Asia region (mainly India) to provide leading edge automotive applications using the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon, Modem and 5G technology.
\- Focus on in region Automotive customers and manage customer quality issue resolution for Qualcomm products from customer development, mass production to field returns.
\- Work with Automotive customers and internal engineering teams to address quality issues and customer returns.
\- Update customers in a timely fashion regarding the status of quality issues or any requests.
\- Work closely with Customer Engineering / Applications teams to understand new product introduction status and feedback issues to Qualcomm quality organization.
\- Work with Automotive customers and Qualcomm internal teams to support customer APQP, required to bring up new products (Including documentation, risk assessment etc.).
\- Build strong relationships with customers. Be prepared to advocate for Customers to Qualcomm internal teams and likewise protect Qualcomm interests when facing customers.
\- Cooperate with global Qualcomm teams to handle quality issues following up and worldwide CQE strategy implementation.
\- Work with local Sales/ Customer Service/ Engineering team closely to drive approval and adoption of Qualcomm PCNs.
