General Summary:
Job Scope
Responsible for reliability, quality, technical & engineering matters of cleanroom, HVAC, Chiller and cooling tower, CDA, Process Vacuum, Exhausts, PCW, Fire protection.
Oversee mechanical system operations, maintenance, and related project work.
Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities
1.Manage Mechanical System Operations & Reliability: Oversee operation of mechanical system including cleanroom, Chiller, Cooling tower, HVAC, CRAC, PCW, CDA, Process Vacuum, Exhausts, Fire protection, ensuring adherence to industry standards, environmental regulations, and internal quality requirements. Monitor system performance metrics and troubleshooting issues to maintain continuous and efficient operations.
2.Mechanical Contracts Management: Renew mechanical system service contracts and oversee in-house contractors to ensure compliance with service standards and contractual obligations.
3.Maintenance and Spare parts Control: Manage Operations & Maintenance of mechanical systems and monitor spare parts inventory to minimize operational risks.
4.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date mechanical system documentation, including drawings and technical reports; prepare and submit related reports, including those required by authorities for approved/granted projects.
5.Team Development: Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
6.Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives for mechanical system efficiency, sustainability, and cost reduction.
