General Summary:
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Wireless System Engineer to support new wireless product development.
The role includes system flow definition and hands-on lab integration of a complex multi-antenna wireless platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Define system requirements and end‑to‑end flows
* Technical lead for cross‑functional SW/HW/Test activities
* Lead bring‑up/integration and end‑to‑end validation on the evaluation platform
* Resolve complex lab issues, drive reliability/performance, and feature enablement
Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of hands-on experience in wireless communications technologies
* Proven ability to lead integrations and define end-to-end flows across HW, RTL design and SW layers
* Strong modem fundamentals across RF/analog and digital domains, familiarity with PHY concepts
* Hands-on bring-up and debugging experience in the lab using RF interfaces and test equipment
* Working knowledge of at least one wireless standard (e.g., 5G NR, Wi‑Fi, or similar)
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
* Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications
* Modem/PHY design expertise, including algorithms and/or RTL implementation
* Cross-disciplinary experience across real-time FW, HW, and RF (including RF lineups)
