General Summary:
The Product Supply Planner serves as an end-to-end product owner responsible for synchronizing supply and demand signals. and driving cross‑functional execution across company. The scope of supply planning spans the full supply chain from foundry and OSAT operations to contract manufacturing and finished‑goods shipment. This role includes full ownership of, and active engagement in, all issues that may affect the assigned products, ensuring proactive management and timely resolution to support.
Preferred Qualifications:
* 7+ years of experience in supply chain, production, materials management or IE, preferably with background in semiconductor or related field.
* BA/BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Science, Operation Management, Business or equivalent experience.
* Proficiency in Excel and strong understanding of planning system and S&OP process are highly desired for this role.
* Proven analytical skills and knowledge in problem solving, and complex modeling skills. Also the ability to drive corrective actions in a matrix environment.
* Excels in cross‑functional collaboration within a fast‑paced, constraint‑driven production environment.
