Responsibilities What you’ll do As our Lead Analyst - Investment Performance, you will play a crucial role in delivering accurate and timely performance measurement and portfolio analytics. Your work will support portfolio management and client reporting, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to regulatory and operational procedures, including Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS). You will act as a subject matter expert, independently investigating and resolving complex data and process issues. Additionally, you will lead or participate in projects that enable new initiatives, process reviews, and system improvements. Establishing effective relationships with internal and external partners is key to your success, and you will provide mentorship and informal mentor support to junior team members. Key responsibilities Produce and control performance and analytics Calculate, validate, and publish portfolio and benchmark performance, attribution, characteristics/analytics, asset modeling/valuation, and risk measures with high accuracy and timely delivery. Implement Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) and internal policies; keep records of controls, approvals, and audit trails. Identify, resolve, and clearly explain complex issues and data irregularities; act as a subject matter expert for performance tasks; lead or participate in projects.
