Key Responsibilities Complete payroll management for various international sites, including Singapore, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, and the United Kingdom. Ensure strict compliance with statutory payroll regulations and internal policies. Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery. Conduct payroll audits and reconciliations to maintain accuracy and compliance. Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures. Provide outstanding support and mentorship to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience. An MBA is a plus. 3+ years of experience in multi-country payroll processing. Solid practical experience in payroll for Singapore, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, and the UK.
