Key Responsibilities Write, develop, and maintain web-based technical documentation to support business processes. Edit and proofread content for clarity, consistency, and usability. Follow site information architecture, guidelines, editorial standards, and information build protocols. Work closely with project groups, subject matter experts, and colleagues to guarantee content accuracy. Build relationships with internal business partners by assisting with technical documentation requests. Collaborate directly with subject matter experts to collect information. Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required. Qualifications 4+ years of technical writing, communications, journalism, financial services, or equivalent experience. This can be shown through work experience, training, military experience, or education. Knowledge or experience with HTML, CSS, Information Mapping, and application of online documentation theory preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Must possess the ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and pay strict attention to detail. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Knowledge of content management systems and Dreamweaver is preferred.
