They will manage operational activities to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services. Drives process improvements, monitors performance, and supports initiatives that enhance outcomes for the business and its stakeholders. Aligns work with broader organizational goals while maintaining oversight of resources, risk, and compliance. Champions operational excellence and continuous improvement across their area of responsibility. Day-to-Day Operations Management: Oversee daily team activities, ensuring tasks and projects are completed accurately, on time, and according to standards. Manage team-level budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use of staff and operational tools. Identify and solve operational problems, supporting process improvements and adoption of best practices at the team level.
