Responsibilities Seeking an experienced techno-functional person with expertise in Front Office Support for traders Order management, specifically with deep expertise on Charles River Investment Managements system (CRIMS) to support Global Trading. The ideal candidate is expected to bring in a strong track record of delivering high-impact solutions in fast-paced trading environments, demonstrating end-to-end proficiency across both frontend and backend functionalities of CRIMS. Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between business and technology. Collaborate effectively with global teams across the US, Singapore, and India, fostering a culture of transparency and shared ownership. This role would be a part of our IT teams. At the onset we expect this role to work as part of our technology operations team and be able to- Serve as a technical subject matter expert in CRIMS, leveraging extensive hands-on experience to support and enhance trading workflows. Demonstrate advanced troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in (CRIMS) system maintenance, upgrades and configuration management ensuring minimal disruption to business processes. Act as a liaison between Front Office Stakeholders and IT teams facilitating clear communication and rapid issue resolution.
