Job Responsibilities Solution Architecture Development Build and implement FSO applications using out‑of‑the‑box data models, case management, and workspaces. Bring to bear the Financial Services Data Model (FSO Core) when modeling accounts, products, and transactions. Develop playbooks, flows, and subflows through Process Automation Designer/Flow Designer. Implement Workspaces for guided resolution. Integrations Data Build API integrations with document repositories. Use recommended implementation approaches and environment strategy to accelerate safe deployments. Risk, Compliance Controls Embed compliance and audit-ability into workflows and align with industry standards. Technical Leadership Lead a team of ServiceNow engineers by following coding standards, upgrade-safe build, and platform guidelines. Mentor engineers on scripting, UI actions, Script Includes, Business Rules, and performance optimization. Perform peer reviews and manage update sets/app repositories.
