Responsibilities Role Description: As a Process Specialist , you will verify, craft, and update policy administration records for group and individual customers. You will work within defined service level agreements (SLAs). Your expertise is vital for maintaining our high standards of customer happiness. Key Responsibilities: Review, analyze, and process transactions accurately in accordance with business process documents. Strive to meet service standards by demonstrating attention to detail and methodical transaction processing. Work independently on routine matters with minimal supervision. Update job knowledge continuously using available resources, resulting in a positive impact at work. Be flexible and multitask by accepting ownership for new and different requests assigned by your supervisor. Use your initiative effectively within a team environment. Provide timely responses to queries from internal and external collaborators. Comply strictly with PGS policies and adapt flexibly as per business needs. Develop positive relationships with peers, mentors, support functions, and leaders. Must have: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in transaction processing within the Insurance and Financial domain. Typing skills: 30 to 35 Wpm, 30 to 35 Npm, with 98% accuracy. Proficient in MS Office.…
