Responsibilities Role Description: As a Process Specialist , you will verify, craft, and update policy administration records for group and individual customers. You will work within defined service level agreements (SLAs). Be flexible and multitask by accepting ownership for new and different requests assigned by your supervisor. Use your initiative effectively within a team environment. Provide timely responses to queries from internal and external collaborators. Comply strictly with PGS policies and adapt flexibly as per business needs. Develop positive relationships with peers, mentors, support functions, and leaders. Must have: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in transaction processing within the Insurance and Financial domain. Typing skills: 30 to 35 Wpm, 30 to 35 Npm, with 98% accuracy. Proficient in MS Office.…
