Responsibilities What You'll do In the role of Delivery Manager - Engineering at Principal Financial Group, you will be working hand-in-hand with our product development team, you will interpret user needs and transform them into clear technical specifications. Making sure our software products remain scalable, stable, and efficient will be critical for your success. Coordinate, direct, and finalize projects/initiatives according to business objectives. Lead one or more engineering teams to achieve remarkable value for the business. You'll have opportunity to: Plan, manage and deliver projects/initiatives as per business objectives.
