Delivery Manager - Data Engineering (Asset Management)

Responsibilities We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to drive delivery excellence across our Asset Management product family. In this role, you’ll ensure delivery success by aligning strategy, engineering capacity, and business priorities. You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, and business teams to develop delivery plans, lead risks, and complete roadmaps that advance our modernization journey. As a formal leader, you'll lead a team and champion a culture of continuous learning and innovation. You will promote customer-centric product development and help build consistent delivery practices across the organization. You’ll Have the Opportunity To Lead and optimize delivery systems across multiple teams, applying Agile principles while balancing iterative development with structured planning, achievement tracking, and continuous improvement. Provide strong technical and delivery leadership, especially across AWS cloud, Python, and modern engineering practices—driving the build, estimation, planning, and end-to-end delivery of cloud-native applications. Mentor and develop teams, promoting a learning culture, product approach, and high-quality engineering across short- and long-term delivery cycles. Drive central initiatives by setting clear objectives, influencing multi-functional groups, and enhancing delivery systems through improved processes and consistency to Agile, Lean, and AWS guidelines.
