About the Role:Join Notion’s Legal team to help streamline daily operations and build scalable programs, systems, and reports. You’ll work closely with the Legal Operations Lead to clarify processes, improve tools, and make insights more accessible.
What You'll Achieve:Keep Legal’s eBilling and matter management running smoothly (vendor onboarding, matter setup/updates, invoices, accruals, budgets, data hygiene and vendor/timekeeper maintenance).
Coordinate approvals and dependencies with Legal, Procurement, and Finance/AP to ensure accruals and timely payment processing.
Support projects and needs across legal functions (commercial, employment, IP, corporate, litigation) as needed.
