About The Role:We’re looking for an experienced Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiter in Tokyo to partner closely with our Japan leadership team to attract, engage, and close top talent from an array of backgrounds. In this role, you’ll help build our Japan organization in a high-ownership, high-growth environment. We will look to you to advise and consult with hiring managers and interviewers, proactively source and engage future Notinos, and design a rigorous hiring processes while ensuring a delightful candidate experience.
What You'll Achieve:Own the Japan recruiting process for GTM roles, primarily Account Executives and other sales roles.
