Job description
from Netskope careersToday, there's more data and users outside the enterprise than inside, causing the network perimeter as we know it to dissolve. We realized a new perimeter was needed, one that is built in the cloud and follows and protects data wherever it goes, so we started Netskope to redefine Cloud, Network and Data Security.
Since 2012, we have built the market-leading cloud security company and an award-winning culture powered by hundreds of employees spread across offices in Santa Clara, St. Louis, Bangalore, London, Paris, Melbourne, Taipei, and Tokyo. Our core values are openness, honesty, and transparency, and we purposely developed our open desk layouts and large meeting spaces to support and promote partnerships, collaboration, and teamwork. From catered lunches and office celebrations to employee recognition events and social professional groups such as the Awesome Women of Netskope (AWON), we strive to keep work fun, supportive and interactive. NETSKOPE
The leader in cloud security
Regional Marketing Manager
United Kingdom & Ireland
Remote (UK-based) | Regular UK & Ireland travel | Permanent, Full-Time | Reporting to Senior Regional Field Marketing Manager, EMEA North
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategic development and execution of integrated marketing programmes within the United Kingdom and Ireland (UKI) region. The role requires a focus on revenue generation and alignment with ambitious sales objectives through high-impact marketing initiatives.
This position maintains primary ownership of field marketing operations for the UKI market, which remains a critical territory for Netskope within the EMEA region.
The role entails significant autonomy, requiring proficiency in both long-term integrated planning and short-term event execution. Key responsibilities include collaboration with the EMEA North marketing team and cross-functional partnership with UKI sales divisions, including Enterprise, Commercial, Named Accounts, and Public Sector, to strengthen market presence within the cybersecurity sector.
ABOUT NETSKOPE
Netskope is a leader in modern security, networking, and analytics for the cloud and AI era. The unique architecture of its Netskope One platform enables real-time, context-based security for people, devices, and data wherever they go, and optimizes network performance - without trade-offs or sacrifices.
Thousands of customers and partners trust the Netskope One platform, its patented Zero Trust Engine, and its powerful NewEdge Network to reduce risk, simplify converged infrastructure, and provide full visibility and control over cloud, AI, SaaS, web, and private application activity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Regional Marketing Manager manages the end-to-end field marketing motion for UKI. This includes the planning and delivery of integrated programmes designed to generate pipeline, enhance account relationships, and increase brand visibility. The role involves the utilisation of AI tools to optimize internal processes and regional efficiency.
Build integrated marketing programmes
- Design and execute multi-touch UKI marketing programmes that span field events, ABM, partner co-marketing, digital campaigns, and content. You will connect all the dots into a coherent plan
- Bring your programme ideas to the table proactively. We want a marketer who leads with a plan, not one who waits to be briefed
- Ensure every major activity has a pre- and post-event digital sequence built around it to maximise impact and pipeline contribution
- Own events end-to-end: venue sourcing, supplier management, promotional materials, onsite execution, and post-event follow-through
Drive pipeline and prove ROI
- Work closely with the Senior Regional Marketing Manager for EMEA North and the UKI sales teams across Enterprise, Commercial, Named Accounts, and Public Sector to align marketing activity to their pipeline priorities
- Own lead capture, reporting, and CRM hygiene across all UKI activities and actively look for ways to improve conversion at every stage of the funnel
- Work strategically with Channel Sales and Marketing counterparts to drive activity and leverage through partners
- Track programme performance and course-correct quickly when things aren't landing as expected
- Think commercially; every campaign decision should connect back to pipeline and business outcomes
Lead account-based marketing and support partner programmes
- Partner with our ABM team to prioritise the right UK enterprise accounts and execute tailored, account-specific marketing; particularly in financial services, professional services, retail, and public sector
- Work collaboratively with the Channel Marketing Manager, EMEA North to support co-marketing programmes with UK and Ireland channel partners - MSSPs, VARs, system integrators, distributors, and alliance partners
- Contribute your on-the-ground UKI perspective to help inform partner prioritisation and programme design in collaboration with the Channel Marketing Manager
Build Netskope's brand in the UKI market
- Ensure brand awareness is woven into every UKI programme, identifying the right moments and platforms to build Netskope's profile in the market
- Lead Netskope's UK public sector field marketing activity and dedicated programmes for Ireland
- Develop compelling UKI customer case studies and success stories that the wider EMEA marketing team can use
Collaborate and communicate
- Be a trusted, proactive marketing partner to UKI sales leadership; briefing them ahead of campaigns, keeping them informed, and making sure they have what they need to convert marketing activity into pipeline
- Work with creative, digital, content, and corporate teams to bring UKI programmes to life
- Maintain tight operational discipline on budgets, timelines, reporting so stakeholders always have a clear picture of what's happening and why
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
The position requires a demonstrated history of building integrated marketing programmes from inception and providing measurable analysis of their impact on the sales pipeline.
Required Professional Attributes:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong background in field or regional marketing
- Proficiency in AI-native tools and methodologies to facilitate operational efficiency.
- A proven track record of designing and delivering integrated, multi-touch marketing programmes - not just managing individual events
- Commercial acumen and a genuine understanding of how marketing drives revenue in a B2B sales environment
- Experience collaborating with channel and partner ecosystems on co-marketing programmes
- Confidence managing multiple complex projects simultaneously without dropping the ball on details
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical and strategic information to executive leadership.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms
- Ability to maintain productivity and time management in a remote working environment.
- Full right to work in the UK, based in the UK, and available to travel regularly across the UK and to Ireland
Preferred Qualifications:
- Marketing experience targeting UK enterprise audiences; particularly financial services, professional services, retail, or public sector
- Familiarity with ABM methodologies and the platforms that support them
- A background in cybersecurity, cloud security, or enterprise SaaS
- Existing relationships within the UK or Ireland channel partner community
