Our Sales organization is expanding and we're seeking a Sales Development Representative to join us.

 

Please note that this is an on-site position based in our office that is located in Kanata North.


What You'll Do

  • Prospect for new leads and qualify marketing-generated leads
  • Work closely with Account Executives across North America
  • Create sales opportunities by generating appointments for the wider Sales team
  • Learn from our Sales Leadership team and utilize competent selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments
  • Influence the sales process and enhance the current capabilities

What You'll Bring

  • The ability to work in a quickly growing industry and achieve targets
  • An inquisitive mind and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work independently and be intrinsically motivated
  • A desire to collaborate, learn, and grow
  • 1 year of retail, customer service, or professional experience preferred
  • Past SaaS sales experience preferred, though not required

This position has a starting annualized OTE (On Target Earnings) from CAD $44,800 to CAD $64,000 per year, which includes a base salary of CAD $44,800.
