About the team
We’re looking for a Full Stack Data Scientist to join our AI Engineering, driving the future of AI-powered developer experience (DevEx internal AI) at monday.com.
In this role, you’ll harness the power of generative AI and data science to design, build, and optimize intelligent systems that elevate the way developers work - from ideation to production.
***This position is available at our Tel Aviv office only.
About The Role
- Leverage generative AI models and data-driven insights to create innovative developer tools and capabilities within monday.com’s ecosystem.
- Lead end-to-end AI research and development, from data preparation and experimentation to production deployment, with a focus on evaluating solutions and designing effective performance metrics.
- Develop and optimize LLM-based systems, including prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent architectures.
