About The Role
Our sales team is growing rapidly in New York, and we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale a team of high-performing Mid-Market Account Executives. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth, strengthening our sales culture, and accelerating monday.com’s presence within the mid-market segment.
You’ll join a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you’ll have real ownership over team performance and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both strategy and execution as we continue to expand.
In this role you will:
- Build, develop, and inspire a team of Account Executives to consistently exceed targets
- Coach and lead from the front - providing expert sales guidance, hands-on deal support, and ongoing training to elevate performance
