Responsibilities
Data Analysis: Directs teams to partner with stakeholders and run analyses that address high-priority business questions. Drives cross-functional adoption of stronger methods and actionable insights.
Evaluation: Directs evaluations of the impact of business, product, and operational decisions. Holds teams accountable for synthesizing results, assessing risks and limitations — including oversight and accountability for agentic solutions — and tying actionable recommendations to both evidence and strategy. Advises Engineering and Data Science on pipelines, integrations, and models — including the data foundations agentic systems require to run reliably. Holds the organization accountable to data governance and policy, agentic workflows included.
Improvement, Efficiency, and Innovation: Introduces innovative methods — including agentic AI that orchestrates multi-step analysis, reporting, and insight generation — that drive efficiency and business impact. Standardizes, shares, and scales insights, turning ad hoc work into repeatable, agentic-automated practice. Partners with Engineering to automate core tasks and showcases these tools to customers and industry.
Orchestration and Collaboration: Models strong cross-team relationships that align priorities and drive optimal use of analytical tools, models, and insights — including emerging agentic capabilities — and their adoption across the organization. Sets expectations with internal and external stakeholders, reinforces best practices, and connects the right people across the business.
People Management: Delivers success through empowerment and accountability. Model: live the culture, values, and leadership principles. Coach: set objectives, enable success across boundaries, and help the team learn — including fluency with agentic AI. Care: attract and retain great people, know their aspirations, and invest in their growth.
Presentation of Results: Sets the standard for presenting insights — dashboards, visualizations, self-service and agentic/conversational analytics, slides, and talking points — that drive confident decisions. Ensures results are accessible and relevant to each audience and leads presentations with senior and executive stakeholders.
