As a Real-Time Defect Analysis (RDA) Shift Process Technician at Micron Fab10, you will play a meaningful role in identifying, analyzing, raising and addressing potential defect issues. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, supporting product quality and process control through defect data analysis, and collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a dedication to safety and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze defect data using SEM, optical review tools, and statistical software to identify process issues.
- Identify and raise tool issues, potential excursions, and scrap risks to the appropriate teams.
- Interpret Special Work Requests (SWRs) and ensure accurate execution and feedback.
- Document findings, build deviation reports, and support excursion investigations.
- Assist in crafting PowerPoint reports to present in daily meeting.
