The TPG Workforce Development On-the-Job Training (OJT) Operations team partners with subject matter experts and leaders to deliver standardized training programs that support workforce readiness, operational performance, and audit compliance across TPG. The OJT Operations Specialist manages training processes, systems, and documentation to ensure consistent, compliant execution of On-the-Job Training (OJT) across global locations. You'll partner with subject matter authorities to develop and maintain training materials and controlled documentation.
Responsibilities:
Conduct job task analyses (JTAs) to identify role tasks and required knowledge and skills.
Design, implement, and maintain OJT curricula, learning items, and task‑based certification checklists to measure proficiency.
Standardize business processes and documentation while ensuring compliance with quality expectations.
Assess training and process efficiency, identify gaps, and support continuous improvement efforts.
Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to gather training needs, manage training requests, and maintain training materials.
Analyze and report data, including extraction, categorization, visualization, and recurring updates for collaborators.
