The general responsibilities of the position are the following:
Live‑Die Reliability Ownership
- Own live‑die reliability qualification strategy and execution across NAND development nodes and products
- Define, review, and approve HTOL, dynamic stress, cycling, and mission‑profile‑based testing using live silicon
- Drive early silicon learning to identify cell, array, and peripheral reliability risks
Technical Analysis & Risk Assessment
- Analyze live‑die reliability data to assess wear‑out, drift, degradation, and failure mechanisms
- Correlate live‑die results with bench, array‑level, and product‑level reliability models
- Perform risk assessments and clearly communicate reliability margin, gaps, and mitigation plans
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Design, TD, PE, Failure Analysis, and Product Engineering teams
- Provide design and process feedback based on live‑die reliability findings
- Support technology readiness, design reviews, and release decisions with data‑backed recommendations
