Objective
Build a centralized, data-driven platform that delivers clear, quantifiable inspection metrics, enabling R&D teams to accelerate the development of next-generation HBM products.
Key Responsibilities
1. System Integration
- Integrate HBM metrology and inspection tools into a unified data ecosystem
- Develop and maintain a centralized online platform for data access and sharing
- Ensure data consistency, scalability, and reliability across multiple inspection sources
2. Data Pipeline Development
- Apply foundational programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL) to:
- Automate data collection and transformation
- Build efficient data pipelines from tool output to analytics platform
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to optimize system performance
3. Metric Visualization & Dashboarding
- Design intuitive dashboards to monitor:
- Inspection metrics
- Yield trends
- Process performance indicators
- Enable real-time or near real-time visibility for stakeholders
4. Data Analysis & Storytelling
- Translate raw inspection data into actionable insights
- Identify:
- Yield loss drivers
- Process bottlenecks
- Trend deviations
- Present findings through clear visual narratives to drive alignment across teams
5. Driving R&D Impact
- Provide data-backed baselines to guide next-generation HBM development
- Partner with process, product, and integration engineers to:
- Improve design decisions
- Accelerate learning cycles
- Increase yield and product quality
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic programming skills in Python, SQL, or similar
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Familiarity with semiconductor metrology or inspection systems
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect data to engineering decisions
- Effective communication skills to translate complex data into clear insights
