最先端DRAM開発を支えるエンジニアとして、開発現場の最前線でプロセスエンジニアを支援する重要な役割です。
4勤4休のシフト体制のもと、開発ロットの管理、測定・評価、データ解析、トラブル対応などを通じて、プロセスフロー構築や歩留まり改善に貢献していただきます。
単なるオペレーション業務ではなく、エンジニアとして主体的に考え、裁量を持って動けるポジションです。
主な担当業務
開発ロットの進捗確認および優先順位管理
測定工程の準備、データ取得、結果の整理・報告
外観検査およびSEMを用いたウェハ観察・評価、結果の取りまとめ
異常発生時の迅速なトラブル対応および復旧サポート
ウェハの回収およびラボへの受け渡し対応
4勤4休シフト体制でのエンジニア業務対応
勤務時間は以下の通り
昼勤:08:00~20:15(実働10時間30分、休憩105分)/夜勤:20:00~08:15(実働10時間15分、休憩120分)

仕事の進め方
日勤エンジニアと連携し、チームとして業務を遂行
シフト体制により24時間365日エンジニア業務をカバー
エンジニアの指示を受け、測定、データ取得・整理、ウェハ観察、評価結果の取りまとめを実施

オフィス業務:50%/現場業務:50%
クリーンルーム業務あり(ウェハ回収、ラボへ受け渡し、観察・データ取得など)
英語使用頻度
メールおよび簡単な報告対応(日数件程度、翻訳ツール使用可)

必須要件
理系の学士号以上をお持ちの方、または高校卒業以上で半導体業界での実務経験2年以上
日本語で社内外関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方
Microsoft Officeなどの基本的なPCスキル
英語での簡単なメール作成・報告対応が可能な方

This role plays a critical part in supporting process engineers at the forefront of cutting-edge DRAM development.
Under a 4-on / 4-off shift system, you will contribute to process flow development and yield improvement through development lot management, measurement and evaluation, data analysis, and rapid troubleshooting.
This position goes beyond routine operational tasks. As an engineer, you are expected to think proactively, take ownership, and act with a high degree of autonomy.
Primary Responsibilities
Monitor development lot progress and manage priorities
Prepare measurement processes, acquire data, and organize, summarize, and report results
Conduct visual inspections and wafer evaluation using SEM; compile and summarize evaluation results
Respond promptly to abnormalities and provide recovery and troubleshooting support
Collect wafers and coordinate handover to laboratories
Perform engineering duties under a 4-on / 4-off shift schedule

Day Shift: 08:00 – 20:15
(Actual work: 10 hours 30 minutes / Break: 105 minutes)Night Shift: 20:00 – 08:15

Collaborate closely with daytime engineers as part of a team
Provide 24/7 engineering coverage through a shift-based structure
Execute measurements, data acquisition and organization, wafer observation, and evaluation summary based on engineer instruction

On-site / fab work: 50%
Cleanroom work required (wafer collection, lab handover, observation, and data acquisition)
English Usage
Email communication and simple reporting (a few times per day)
Translation tools may be used

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher OR high school graduate with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry
Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese with internal and external stakeholders
Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)
Ability to write simple emails and reports in English
Preferred Qualifications
Work experience in the semiconductor industry
Knowledge of or practical experience with semiconductor processes or devices
