This job requisition is to seek senior technical leaders in the field of process integration to join Micron Memory Taiwan, reporting directly to site Sr. management or the VP.  As a Senior member of technical staff (SMTS) or Distinguished member of technical staff (DMTS), you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, leading technical projects, defining technical roadmap, and mentoring fellow engineers.  Your expertise will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge DRAM process integration solutions to support yield ramp-up.  Your contribution will leave a lasting impact on the DRAM industry.      

Responsibilities for Process Integration SMTS/DMTS include (but are not limited to): 

  • Own critical taskforce, take ownership of critical initiatives, leading cross functional technical team to execute new tech node yield roadmap, collaborate closely with process engineering, equipment team, technology development and local yield teams to improve new technology.
