- FEOL/CELLエンジニアリングチームのマネジメント、人材育成、コーチングを通じた組織運営

- プロセス異常の迅速な検知、影響範囲の特定、および課題解決のリード

The Process M2 Manager is responsible for leading the Fab15 FEOL/CELL organization to achieve world-class manufacturing performance in Safety, Quality, Cost, Yield, and Technology Execution. This role provides technical and organizational leadership for FEOL/CELL process engineering activities, driving process capability, yield improvement, product performance, and execution of next-generation technology objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the FEOL/CELL engineering team through effective people management, coaching, and talent development.
• Drive process performance and continuous yield improvement through strong process control, data analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Lead rapid identification, containment, and resolution of process excursions to ensure manufacturing stability and product quality.
• Partner with Process Integration, Production, AME, IE, Quality, and global organizations to address process challenges and accelerate technology execution.
• Support next-generation product introduction, technology transfer, qualification, and manufacturing ramp activities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on process capability, manufacturing efficiency, cycle time reduction, and cost optimization.
• Ensure robust process control systems and sustainable manufacturing solutions to support long-term business objectives.
• Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, technical excellence, and execution discipline.
• Leverage AI, advanced analytics, and digital manufacturing solutions to improve process capability, yield performance, excursion management, and decision-making.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools and data-driven methodologies to accelerate root cause analysis, improve productivity, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead FEOL/CELL process excellence and contribute to next-generation product success through yield improvement, process stability, and rapid technology execution while supporting Fab15 Maxout objectives.
