  • Fabの制約管理(Constraint Management)の安定した運用およびFab15 WPD目標の達成支援

The Scanner M2 Manager is responsible for leading the Fab15 Scanner organization to achieve world-class manufacturing performance in Safety, Quality, Cost, Yield, MA, and WPD. This role provides technical and organizational leadership for scanner operations, driving equipment performance, manufacturing efficiency, and execution of Fab15 Maxout objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the Scanner engineering team through effective people management, coaching, and talent development.
• Drive scanner equipment performance, focusing on MA, throughput, Train Size (TS), and operational excellence.
• Ensure stable execution of Fab constraint management and support Fab15 WPD targets.
• Partner with Process, Production, AME, IE, and global organizations to identify and resolve manufacturing challenges.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that improve equipment reliability, cost efficiency, cycle time, and manufacturing performance.
• Support next-generation product introduction, technology transfer, and manufacturing ramp activities. • Drive rapid response and recovery from equipment excursions and operational disruptions.
• Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and execution excellence.
• Leverage AI, advanced analytics, and digital manufacturing solutions to improve equipment performance, operational efficiency, predictive maintenance, and decision-making.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools and data-driven methodologies to accelerate problem solving, improve productivity, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead the Fab15 constraint operation through Scanner performance excellence and contribute to Fab15 Maxout by optimizing MA, WPD, and Train Size (TS).
