This is a high-impact role where you will act as a strategic legal partner to large-scale capital projects, supporting the development and delivery of complex industrial and manufacturing facilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, driving commercially practical solutions across multiple APAC jurisdictions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end legal support for major capital projects across APAC, from early development and procurement strategy through contracting, execution, claims, and closeout

• Draft and negotiate complex agreements, including EPC/EPCM, design-build, construction management, consulting, procurement, and supply contracts

• Advise on project risks and strategy, including delay exposure, change orders, performance security, defects/warranty, and dispute avoidance/resolution

• Partner with business stakeholders (procurement, engineering, project teams) to structure tenders, manage risk, and develop contracting templates and playbooks

• Support regional project development matters, including land, permitting, and regulatory coordination with local counsel
