Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Authority & Electrical System Strategy
Act as the technical authority for electrical systems across facilities construction programs, including HV, MV, and LV distribution systems.
Define and govern electrical system architecture, redundancy concepts, capacity planning, and long‑term scalability to support fab expansion and tool loading.
Review, challenge, and approve consultant and contractor electrical designs, calculations, material selections, and deviations.
Lead resolution of complex system‑level issues involving power reliability, protection coordination, grounding, arc‑flash risk, and emergency power systems.
2. Construction Execution & Integration Leadership
Provide senior‑level technical leadership during construction execution, with strong on‑site presence during critical activities.
Drive resolution of field, constructability, and integration challenges, including brownfield tie‑ins, phased cutovers, and live facility interfaces.
Influence contractor execution strategies, sequencing, and recovery plans related to electrical critical path activities.
