- 電気・電子工学、化学工学、材料工学、または関連分野における学士または修士号
- 半導体プロセス開発、プロセス統合（PI）、または歩留まり改善に関する3年以上の実務経験
- 歩留まり低下、欠陥、特性ばらつきに対する原因解析および改善推進の実務経験
- 複数工程（例：CMP／Etch／Lithographyなど）にまたがる課題を横断的に解決した経験
- SPC、FMEA、故障解析、データ解析などを用いた問題解決スキル
- 電気特性データ、インラインデータ、欠陥データの統合的な解析経験
- 多部門（プロセス、設備、製造、品質など）と連携しながら課題解決をリードできるコミュニケーション能力
- 複数の課題・プロジェクトを同時に管理し、期限内に成果を出す実行力
- 自律的に課題設定し、主体的に推進できる能力
- 英語での業務上のコミュニケーション能力、または習得に対する強い意欲
