Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Design, develop, and program methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse “big data” sources to generate actionable insights and solutions for client services and product enhancement.
Interact with product and service teams to identify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments.
Develop and code software programs, algorithms, and automated processes to cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources.
Identify meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources.
Interpret and communicate insights and findings from analysis and experiments to product, service, and business managers.
Explore and apply new frontier ideas, concepts and technology to enable breakthrough solutions at Micron.
Work with management, different departments, and global manufacturing sites to identify optimization opportunities and deliver solutions to continuously improve production metrics.
Drive global collaboration, alignment, and benchmarking of optimization and simulation solutions in planning & operations
Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or equivalent, with demonstrated strong programming and modeling capabilities.
Preferred experience in the semiconductor industry, especially in semiconductor operations digital twin.
Preferred experience in simulation modeling using discrete event simulation.
Preferred experience in optimization modeling or Operations Research using mixed integer programming, linear programming, etc.
Knowledge and preferred experience with cloud solutions, APIs, Git, and ETL.
Preferred experience in Java, Python, SQL, HTML, C/C++, CSS, with demonstrated fast learning capabilities in programming languages.
Strong problem-solving skills with structured and logical approaches, as well as clear and effective communication skills.
