Key Responsibilities:

Drive optimization of EUV process conditions and ensure robust, high-performance equipment control to meet advanced manufacturing targets
Lead cross-functional collaboration with equipment and material suppliers to develop and implement cutting-edge technologies
Partner closely with global fab teams to align strategies and accelerate execution through effective, high-impact communication

Preferred Qualifications (not all required):

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, including technical writing and cross-functional collaboration
Proven problem-solving capability with a strong sense of ownership, including the ability to navigate complex challenges, influence stakeholders, and escalate issues proactively when needed
