We are seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic individuals to join the NAND Central Engineering-Product Yield Enhancement (PYE) Engineering Team. As CE PYE Failure Analysis (FA) Engineer for Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for providing full fault isolation and failure analysis support for qualifications, new device introduction, and test failures. You will apply relevant methodologies to isolate electrical failures in close collaboration with Product Engineering Teams. A strong understanding of product architecture, process flow, and test sequences is essential, as you will work with Process Integration, Product, Test, and Quality Reliability Assurance Engineering groups to ensure physical defects are accurately identified and classified.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform sophisticated electrical device characterization to determine electrical failure mechanisms.
Operate fault isolation equipment, including nProbing, to localize electrical defects, support physical failure analysis, root‑cause determination, debug device failures, improve turnaround time, and drive corrective actions.
