About the Role

At LendingClub, we’re committed to helping our members improve their financial health. The Senior Manager, Operations Analytics leads the team responsible for delivering clear, actionable performance insights across Service, Sales, Collections, Banking, and Back Office Operations.

You will partner closely with Operations and Finance leadership to translate complex data into strategic decisions—driving operational excellence, measurable financial impact, and long-term operating leverage in service of improving the member experience. This role combines team leadership, financial modeling, and enterprise-level transformation in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
