About the Role

We are looking for a Sr Director, Decision Systems to lead the Decision Systems team, driving the design and operation of decision infrastructure that enables automated, high-impact business outcomes across the enterprise. This role requires a seasoned, strategic leader who can partner effectively across the organization to translate highly complex, cross-functional business initiatives into reliable and automated scalable decisioning solutions that enable LendingClub’s strategic objectives. In this role, you will guide the team through technical and organizational challenges, foster a culture of accountability and innovation, and consistently deliver measurable business impact through modern decisioning technology.
