from Lemonade careersWe’re looking for a Senior Payments Product Manager who lives and breathes payments, checkout, routing, and UX. If you’ve shipped high-scale payment flows, improved authorization rates, reduced the cost to collect, and obsess over customer-friendly experiences, this role is for you.
You will play a key role in shaping our global payments strategy and ensuring a seamless, efficient, and secure payment ecosystem.

In this role you'll
Own the end-to-end checkout experience: from funnel design, UI/UX, and copy, to error states, SCA/3DS, tokenization, retries, and dunning.
Strive to improve authorization rates: optimize routing, 3DS strategy, retries, BIN/issuer tactics, network tokens, and risk signals to lift approval rates.
Reduce the cost to pay: minimize processing fees via smart routing, method mix, interchange optimization, and settlement configuration.
