Join Lam as a New Product Introduction (NPI) Manufacturing Engineer and take on a critical role in driving global product transitions, ensuring site manufacturing readiness, and supporting high-volume production. Leveraging your deep expertise in technology and engineering principles, you'll lead the planning, development, and optimization of manufacturing methods, processes, and systems. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical, safety, quality, and production challenges, while contributing to excellence in both product design and manufacturing execution.
