Provides procurement support to an Entity/Department including:

• Coordinates and facilitates the processes of the area by ensuring the proper flow of information and/or materials and solving process problems.
• Perform inventory control activities, including cycle counting, data entry report generation and reconciliation.
• Responsible for tactical procurement of manufacturing material.
• Coordinate reporting of key tracking indices.
• Responsible for purchasing and maintaining/managing materials and services used by R&D engineers for new product development.
• Determines and develops approaches to administrative materials/ procurement assignments and processes
• Responsible for department duties which require use of planning and judgment
• Solves a broad range of materials/ procurement administrative/ process problems of varying scope and complexity

• Some higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimal 2 years relevant experience.
• Complete understanding of general and technical aspects of job.

• Practical experience with incoming inspections for critical materials such as ziplines, thin films, IC etc.
• Experience and proficiency with enterprise business databases and mircosoft office.
• Extensive knowledge and skills for inventory management, product shipments and data entry

Pay Range:

USD $67,030.00 - USD $111,720.00 Year
