About the Role
We are looking to hire a motivated and highly collaborative Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our software development organization. This role serves as the critical bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams, ensuring that business needs are translated into scalable digital solutions that deliver measurable business value. You will work across manufacturing, engineering, analytics, and enterprise digitalization initiatives to identify opportunities, define requirements, improve business processes, and support the delivery of modern data-driven and AI-enabled applications.

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, business objectives, and transformation opportunities.
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, data, and reporting requirements.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and solution specifications.
- Drive requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, design reviews, and solution discussions.
- Analyze current-state and future-state business processes and identify opportunities for automation, analytics, and digital transformation.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Software Engineers, Data Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and Quality Engineers throughout the SDLC.
- Support backlog management, prioritization, sprint planning, and Agile delivery activities.
- Define business KPIs, reporting requirements, business metrics, and data requirements.
- Coordinate UAT, business validation, and stakeholder sign-off activities.
- Develop documentation, user guides, training materials, and adoption plans.
- Support solution deployment, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across engineering, operations, manufacturing, and business organizations.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
- 6–8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role.
- Proven experience working with software development teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, stakeholder engagement, process analysis, and solution definition.
- Experience developing user stories, use cases, process models, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.
- Demonstrated experience defining business KPIs, reporting requirements, dashboards, and analytical use cases.
- Experience with DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Visio, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, facilitation, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with global cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, operations, analytics, digital transformation, or AI-enabled solutions is highly desired.
