Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, sales, and service teams across EMEA to deliver post‑sales technical support, Install, configure, and support for General Test Equipment related issues of varied scope and complexity involving RF instruments, power supplies, function generators, counters, and related software.
- Provide timely and effective remote post sales technical support, solving technical problems.
- Reproduce customer issues in lab or simulated environments and drive resolution
- Act as the technical interface between customers and the Keysight Worldwide Support organization
- Work in close cooperation with Keysight product engineering, software, and solution centers
- Provide high‑quality front‑line remote technical support, owning customer issues end‑to‑end
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English, document cases accurately, and contribute to knowledge sharing
- Represent KTAS with professionalism, accountability, and strong focus on customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or equivalent scientific discipline
- Strong technical & IT orientation, including SW installation and configuration, Operating system environments (primarily Windows), Basic IP networking and remote connectivity
- Experience with remote support tools and customer‑facing technical support
- Familiarity with test & measurement environments, strong knowledge of RF, Scopes, Wave Generators, and Spectrum Analyzers.
- Experience & knowledge of SCPI commands, instrument control, and basic automation concepts.
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
- Structured problem‑solving approach and clear technical documentation skills
