Responsibilities
If you have a passion for customer service, consider joining our team. The Customer Service Coordinator proactively manages relationships with customers and Service/Sales Account Managers to deliver an excellent customer service experience and build loyalty. They accomplish this by interacting with internal teams in the end-to-end order process. Specific activities include generating quotes, booking and managing orders, answering phones, communicating effectively with customers and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate shows ownership, clear communication, problem-solving, and follow-through in resolving issues.
