Responsibilities
Test, calibrate/characterize electronic instruments, RF/EMC antennas/products, and modules to maintain functionality and accuracy. Service is performed on Keysight products and/or products manufactured by other manufacturers. Work is typically performed at a Keysight site location but occasionally is performed at the customer location. This job does require work to be performed outdoors, willingness to handle cold and hot temperatures is mandatory. Interprets customer requirements and potential needs to meet customer satisfaction goals. Works on service support assignments with clearly defined objectives. Performs technical duties that may require use of judgment, solve test, calibration, and refurbishment problems which require technical knowledge.
