Responsibilities
The Field Marketing Development Manager – Japan is responsible for leading regional field marketing programs that drive qualified demand, pipeline contribution, and strong alignment with Sales and BU teams.
This role serves as the local marketing lead for portfolio‑driven and DevEng‑focused initiatives in Japan, translating regional GTM priorities and global DES marketing strategy into high‑impact, well‑executed local programs. In addition to hands‑on execution, the role provides program leadership, coordination, and oversight to enable disciplined, scalable field marketing operations in the Japan market.
Field Marketing & Program Leadership
- Lead the planning and execution of regional field marketing programs, including events, workshops, webinars, digital campaigns, and partner initiatives aligned with DES portfolio and BU priorities.
